I reached out three times, each time being assured they were 'marking them as urgent and requesting they rush the order,' yet nothing changed. The customer service has been absolutely horrible; you just can't connect with a representative and go round in circles on the phone. This nonsense compelled me to finally cancel the order, and now I'm just waiting on a refund. I felt I had to leave a review and speak to someone to understand what went wrong."
