The 'bot' kept sending the return label to an email I never received, trapping me in a frustrating loop. After FINALLY TALKING TO A HUMAN, they sent the WRONG INFORMATION FOR THE RETURN. The ineptitude is astounding. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this level of incompetence and lack of resolution is simply unacceptable for my hard-earned money.
