I've ordered glasses with an added warranty, and every time I've needed a replacement due to the frame breaking, they tell me my choice of frame is out of stock. I then receive a store credit plus a small percentage, which just doesn't make sense, as I end up with a cheaper and lighter pair than the previous one. I'm so tired of dealing with this crap, plus a $30 deductible for each replacement. They haven't got one order right since I started purchasing with them, and the value of my order keeps decreasing, from around $189 to somewhere around $130. It feels like a total joke and robbery.
